My Diet-Plan from the last 4 weeks with my absolute favorit Nutrition supplements from right now.
7:30 Morning Breakfast:
Special Gainer from HM-Selection 70g mixed with skim milk (0.3% fat) or soy milk
1 capsule All Energy Multivitamins
10:00 Break Snack:
Whole-grain bread and 200g Bressaula (smoked beef) or tuna
12:30 Lunch:
300g chicken with vegetables and 150g rice (3 ceriali)
16:00 Afternoon Snack:
Special Gainer from HM-Selection 70g mixed with skim milk (0.3% fat) or soy milk
18:00 Pre workout:
PUMP Xpression 60g (HM-Selection)
During Workout:
Isofresh Drink (HM-Selection) Isotonic drink
18:45 I'm workout ca. for one and half houer, directly right after the workout my favorite drink: 75g RECOVERY PLEX (HM-Selection).
9:30 Dinner:
300g chicken or fish with vegetables
11:30 Before bedtime:
40g Pro Shake 90 (HM-Selection) for the maximal recovery.
